FreeBring the Hoopla! Fun with hula hoops! Come get hula hoop instruction, then try games and other activities to encourage self-expression and creativity. Hoops for all ages will be on loan for the occasion. Sponsored by the Norfolk Library as part of the summer Friday Nights on the Green series.
