The Icebox Cafe is offering a Weekend in Norfolk special on its delicious house-steeped chai latte, Saturday and Sunday during WIN. The cafe’s breakfast menu includes pastries and sandwiches; lunch sandwiches and soups are available starting at 11:00. Cafe hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily except Tuesdays.
