Demo: Sourdough Bread Making (baking)

Norfolk’s Ministry of Bread is an informal group of bread enthusiasts who meet monthly to share, practice and enjoy the craft of bread-making. Join the Ministry of Bread for a session at which the sourdough bread mixed, risen and turned to be ready for baking on Friday morning will be baked. Guests will be offered an instruction sheet and a sourdough starter kit. This session is free, but free-will donations to benefit the Food Pantry are welcome. Guests are also welcome at the Friday afternoon prep session.
