A special event designed to showcase the town’s many natural and cultural offerings.
Explore Norfolk with naturalist Susannah Wood. She’ll take you out on the North Swamp Trail (one of Norfolk’s less familiar trails) to see what you find. It could be a heron’s nest, a beaver lodge, swallows and other birds, summer wildflowers…and you may be surprised at how much else there is to see. This is an easy walk, although with some wet spots along the trail. Wear insect repellent and be alert for ticks. The trail starts behind Botelle School; drive in and park down by the tennis courts.
Limited to 12 people. Please click here to sign up; any unreserved spaces available at the last minute will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
