Husky Meadows Farm‘s subsidiary, Seed and Spoon, is kicking off a series of dinner events with one introducing Brett Ellis. Until he came east to Norfolk, Brett was Culinary Gardener at the French Laundry restaurant. Not only is he an experienced grower, he also has chops working in some fantastic NYC kitchens, such as Mas Farmhouse and Miss Ada. Husky Meadows’ culinary director Tracy Hayhurst and Brett will collaborate to create an informal winter feast and share their exciting plans for this year’s growing season.
