Mushroom Inoculation Workshop

Learn how to create and grow your own mushroom logs at this free workshop. Participate in a hands-on learning experience with shiitake, lion’s mane and oyster mushrooms. Learn about the different strains, species and varieties of cultivated gourmet mushrooms from Husky Meadows Farm’s resident mushroom enthusiast and farmer, Rana Justice. We’ll discuss how to select your logs, what supplies you’ll need and how to care for your mushrooms while we enjoy some light refreshments from our kitchen. All materials will be provided.
