Observing the Sun

Astronomer Matthew Johnson will be bringing his solar telescope to let visitors observe sunspots and other phenomena. He also will be showing a tiny portable photon meter and three different types and sizes of portable solar panels and power storage units.

He is using the photon meter to measure how dark the sky is in Norfolk and Colebrook.
