Yoga Nidra Session

Join Miranda Lee, a mindfulness coach and yoga therapist, for an evening of relaxing mindful movement and soothing Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation. It is a way to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health. The evening will conclude with some community time and refreshments. Bring a yoga mat and a small towel/pillow to lie on for the event.
