Pop-up Bakery: Bench Rest Bakery

Elias Olsen of Bench Rest Bakery will be at the Berkshire Country Store. He plans to be selling a few types of sourdough bread (wheat country loaf, cinnamon raisin, rosemary parmesan) and possibly baguettes and dinner rolls. This small home bakery makes artisanal sourdough bread and other naturally-leavened baked goods, including pastries.
