The Norfolk Historical Society and the Norfolk Library are joining forces to screen "The Jump," a new, one-hour documentary film on the Salisbury Ski Jump that includes a segment and footage featuring Norfolk’s own ski jump. Producer/writer/director Rich Hanley will be present to introduce the film at the library.
Opening reception for the Norfolk Hub-sponsored project, Celebrating the Northwest Corner. People from Norfolk and surrounding towns created 6x6-inch artworks celebrating their life in the northwest corner of Connecticut. The finished pieces were assembled into a collage for display in the Hub.

We're sorry, but the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department will not be able to have the town skating rink ready for skaters during WINter Weekend in Norfolk. The event is cancelled.
Norfolk has miles of trails all over town, most of them maintained year-round by the Norfolk Land Trust and Great Mountain Forest. They are open for the public to enjoy on foot, snowshoes or skis, so put on something warm and come on out! Trail maps are linked from the organization names above.
The Icebox Cafe is offering a Weekend in Norfolk special on its delicious house-steeped chai latte, Saturday and Sunday during WIN. The cafe's breakfast menu includes pastries and sandwiches; lunch sandwiches and soups are available starting at 11:00. Cafe hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily except Tuesdays.
On Saturday and Sunday the IceBox Cafe will be serving a special Sunday pancake breakfast featuring maple syrup from Great Mountain Forest. GMF's syrup will be on sale there, too.
